Position: NDE Instructors/Trainers Location: Milton, ON Travel: Willingness to travel, use your own vehicle and a valid driver s license is necessary Salary: 100K or more, plus bonus, benefits, RRSP and pension Requirements: PostSecondary (College) or 5 years of Practical Welding 2 or 3 year Community College Welding Technician / Technologist Program 5 years of Practical Welding Our client is a very successful organization that is mandated to promote and support the welding and joining industry in CanadaIf you are looking to work for a remarkable company that is quick to respond to the changing needs of their customers this may be the position for you Are you an individual who thrives on practicing Core Values and adhering to Standards of Business Conduct Does a collaborative environment and functional, accessible leadership team appeal to you RESPONSIBILITIES: Promotes and presents seminars and training courses involving hands on skills upgrade and theory training related to educational programs Working from a solid technical knowledge base, the NDE Trainer/Instructor promotes client value proposition through the delivery of training and in the customer service relationship Report to the Regional Manager, in their respective regions and will predominantly work out of the Milton office, as well as other locations as neededQUALIFICATIONS: 2 or 3 year Community College Welding Technician / Technologist Program Can/CGSB Level 2, MT, PT, UT, RT & CEDO Welding Skills firsthand experience with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW Thorough knowledge of Welding standards CSA W178.2, Level 2 Welding Inspector certification would be an asset Experience training users in both a classroom environment and/or on a oneonone basis an assetFormal Teaching certification an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver presentations and develop educational materials Strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships Proficient in Microsoft office applications Ability to work with minimal supervision A valid driver s license, a valid Canadian passport, and your own vehicle are mandatoryAbility to travel to other training locations as needed is required If you feel that you are qualified, please send your resume to MACresume@bagg.com quoting Job #38266
